Hi! I'm Suzy.


I am a sourdough baker and recipe writer.


I bake 100% with sourdough, meaning there is no commercial yeast in my recipes. 


The "Beginners" page has tips about sourdough FAQs and the "Rogue" page has other recipes I love making.


For recipes that I directly adapted from a source, I've credited the author in my page. Most recipes are original, meaning I took my knowledge of Baker's proportions and percentages and applied them to a sourdough recipe.
